My Background

I’m Khayia — founder and designer of Glow Architect Studio. Before starting this studio, I spent over five years working inside a medspa — not as a consultant or agency, but embedded in day-to-day operations.

I managed the systems that keep a medspa running: front desk flow, scheduling logic, patient communication, website structure, campaign design, social media presence, Google Ads, and the operational details most marketing never accounts for.
I built this studio to create marketing that feels calm, intentional, and realistic — because I’ve lived on the other side of the screen.
My Approach
What I Do
Design marketing systems that support real medspa operations. Create campaigns and resources built for clarity, not volume. Prioritize consistency, restraint, and long-term brand trust.
What I Don’t Do
Chase trends, hacks, or short-term growth tactics. Promise guaranteed numbers or instant results. Design for attention at the expense of trust.
Glow Architect was built to do less-with more intention.
